Where are your products made?
We make all our products in our workshop in Aotearoa New Zealand. We use materials that we source in NZ and internationally.
What parts of my order can I personalise?
Each product is different but generally you'll pick the colour of the acrylic or wood, the name/word for the item and sometimes the size. When you look at a product listing you'll see the options you can choose from.
Do you do custom orders?
We sure do! Just send us an email to info@spelled.co.nz with some information about what you're looking for.
How long will it take to make my order?
Our current processing time is two weeks. Get more information about order processing times on our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
NZ Post aims to deliver your order within 3 days after pickup, however it can take up to 5 working days.

Can I get my order earlier than your standard processing time?
Our standard processing time is two weeks.
In some cases we can process orders more quickly. Please reach out to us on info@spelled.co.nz before placing your order. Please note a rush fee may apply.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
We can offer bulk discounts in some cases. It will depend on the complexity of the product you're ordering and how many you require. Because of the personalised nature of our products, bulk discounts have a high minimum. Please reach out to us at info@spelled.co.nz with details about your requirements.
I made a mistake with my order. Can you help?
Eeek, we know that awful feeling! Please reach out to us as soon as you can and we will see what we can do. The solution we can offer will depend on whether we have started processing your order - this could begin as soon as your order comes in. All orders are final and we do not issue refunds due to the personalised nature of our products but we will do our best to help rectify your mistake if we can. Send us an email to info@spelled.co.nz
Can I make changes to my order after I've checked out?
No, you unfortunately can't. Because our products are personalised they're made to order and we often begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Please ensure you carefully check your option selections and personalisation details before you check out. Due to the personalisation of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of $6 or FREE shipping for orders $200+
