Shipping policy

Order Processing

Our current processing time is two weeks. Due to the nature of our personalised products they are all made to order. Expect an email four weeks after your purchase to let you know your order is on the way.

If you require your order earlier than this, please reach out to us on info@spelled.co.nz before placing your order so that we can check if we have the availability to accommodate a rush order. Please note a rush fee may apply.

Pickup from Workshop

We allow pickup from our Dunedin workshop. An email will be sent when your order is processing to arrange a pickup date and time.

New Zealand Shipping

Shipping Rates

We have a flat rate of $6 or FREE shipping for orders $200+

Shipping Times

Your order will be sent with NZ Post via courier. They aim to deliver within 3 days of sending, however it can take up to 5 business days.

You will receive tracking info once your order is sent so please refer to that for updates.

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally. We are investigating a cost effective way of doing this. If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to order from us one day, feel free to send us an email at info@spelled.co.nz to let us know so we can better understand demand for international shipping.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Our products are made to order and personalised therefore we do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@spelled.co.nz.
