Refund policy
All our products are made to order and personalised to your requirements. This means that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind or made a mistake with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@spelled.co.nz if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send us photos and details about the issue. We might also have some follow up questions so we can figure out how to make the issue right. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item back, we'll check it over and let you know if the refund is approved. You'll then be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If you haven't received your refund and it's been more 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@spelled.co.nz.
